On tonight’s episode of “The Daily Show,” Jon Stewart was thoroughly enjoying the irony that the IRS is being audited due to their recent shenanigans. Apparently part of their flagrant spending was dropping $60,000 on two training videos spoofing “Star Trek” and “Gilligan’s Island,” starring IRS employees.
Other folks’ first thoughts might have been: “That’s outrageous!” However, mine was: “With that kind of budget they could have gotten better tikis than those Party City-style ones! They should have gone to Oceanic Arts.”

And if you can’t drop a couple of thou’ on more authentic tikis, then it’s just not worth embezzling in the first place.
Yep, it’s almost more upsetting that they spent that much money and got such a poor product!
